The air ticket prices have increased drastically due to the ongoing farmers' protest which has disrupted traffic movement on multiple highways towards the national capital from Chandigarh.

The farmers' protest has also affected the train services and many roads are also blocked by the farmers marching from Delhi. In addition, people are not getting reservation seats in trains and have to face inconvenience and discomfort to travel between the two major cities.
