The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) announced on Twitter today that services were disrupted for a short time due to technical issues on the Yellow Line, which connects Samaypur Badli to Millennium City Centre.
However, services continued smoothly on the remaining lines. It stated that these issues had arisen between Lok Kalyan Marg and Udyog Bhawan.
The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation informed about the development and said services on the other lines are normal. "Yellow Line update. Delay in services due to technical issue from Lok Kalyan Marg to Udyog Bhawan. Normal service on all other lines," it said in a post on X (formerly Twitter).

In another incident, a woman passenger at the Guru Dronacharya metro station decided to force open the doors of the metro, on seeing the doors close, by shoving her bag through the opening.
But the doors shut on the bag, and the train proceeded a short distance before coming to a stop once more. In addition to lengthening the train's running time and potentially impacting later train runs, the woman's careless action—which occurs frequently on metro trains—could have resulted in an accident.
As a result, Delhi Metro Rail Corporation lodged a complaint with the police on Tuesday regarding the impediment to the coach doors closing.
