Delhi-NCR Weather: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued no weather warnings for Delhi-NCR until September 21. Despite changing monsoon patterns, there is no forecast of rainfall for the upcoming week that could bring relief from the heat. The weather is expected to remain dry, with humid heat under bright sunshine continuing to trouble residents.

Temperatures are likely to stay around normal. However, according to Skymet Weather, there is a strong possibility of light rain between September 17 and 19, which may offer brief respite.
On Sunday, the sky remained clear throughout the day with strong sunshine. The maximum temperature was recorded at 34.4 degrees C - 0.6 degrees C above normal while the minimum settled at 25.6 degrees C, 0.5 degrees C above normal. Humidity levels ranged between 58 per cent and 89 per cent.

The IMD has predicted partly cloudy skies from Monday through Saturday. During this period, the maximum and minimum temperatures are expected to range between 33-34 degrees C and 24-25 degrees C, respectively.
According to Skymet Weather, a new western disturbance is expected to become active over the mountains by Wednesday. At the same time, a low-pressure area is likely to form over the Bay of Bengal, with its effects extending to North Maharashtra.
The interaction between these two systems could bring light to moderate rainfall to large parts of northwestern India. Between Wednesday and Friday, regions including Rajasthan, Gujarat, Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, and Madhya Pradesh may experience showers.
Meanwhile, Delhi’s air quality remains under control. According to the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB), the capital recorded an Air Quality Index (AQI) of 108 on Sunday categorized as "moderate".
