Delhi Traffic Advisory Today: In the wake of the One-Day cricket match between India and Australia, the Delhi Traffic Police has imposed restrictions on several roads on Saturday. The Traffic Police have urged motorists to avoid certain routes to prevent potential inconvenience and travel discomfort.
In an X post, made late on Friday, September 19, the traffic police informed about the diverted routes, parking facility, and pick and drop stand ahead of the One-Day cricket match between India and Australia.

Delhi Traffic Advisory: Why Police Announced Restrictions
The Delhi traffic police has announced a diversion and traffic restriction on Saturday due to a One-Day women's cricket match between India and Australia, which will take place day and night. The cricket match will be held at Arun Jaitley Stadium, Feroz Shah Kotla Ground on Saturday, September 20, from 1:30 onwards.
Delhi Traffic Restriction On Saturday: Diverted Routes And Timing
The traffic advisory, which has imposed diversion and restrictions on BSZ Marg, JLN Marg, Asaf Ali Road & nearby stretches, will remain effective for 12 hours from 11 am to 11 pm on Saturday.
- No heavy vehicle will be allowed from Bahadur Shah Zafar Marf and JLN Marg
- Restrictions will be imposed on both carriageways on JLN Marg from Rajghat to Delhi Gate up to R/A Kamala Market
- On Asaf Ali Road, the traffic movement will be restricted from Turkman Gate to Delhi Gate
- On Bahadur Shah Zafar Marg, movement on both carriageways will be affected from Delhi Gate to Ramcharan Aggarwal Chowk.

India vs Australia Match In Delhi: Parking Facility
- A free parking facility has been provided at Mata Sundari Road, Rajghat Power House Road, and Velodrome Road.
- A Park and Ride facility is available from these parking stations to the stadium.
- There is an arrangement for limited parking near the stadium for labelled vehicles. The vehicle label should display the vehicle number, and the contact details of the driver or the owner
