President Droupadi Murmu and Prime Minister Narendra Modi visit the Shri Dharmik Leela Committee being staged at the Red Fort on Dusshera festival together. The Shri Dharmik Leela Committee had invited President Droupadi Murmu and Prime Minister Narendra Modi to witness the Vijay Dashmi festival.

Committee General Secretary Dhirajdhar Gupta and Secretary Pradeep Sharan said that the President and the Prime Minister have accepted their invitation. They have given their approval to come to their pandal at Madhavdas Park in the Red Fort grounds on the day of Vijay Dashmi.

The committee has started preparations for the arrival of the president and the PM.

In view of their arrival, the committee has started preparations in its pandal. Committee spokesperson Ravi Jain said that on the day of Vijay Dashami, many other big leaders of the country will also come to see the Ram-Ravan battle. The Prime Minister has also visited the Lavkush Ramlila Committee.

Apart from this, ambassadors of many countries will also participate in the burning of effigies of Ravana, Kumbhkaran, and Meghnath. The Prime Minister will visit for the second time on the occasion of Dussehra. While he has also visited Lavkush Ramlila once.

Similarly, the Lavkush Ramlila Committee has invited artists from the film world for Ravana Dahan on the occasion of Dussehra this time. Committee President Arjun Kumar said that famous film actor Ajay Devgn, well-known film director Rohit Shetty, and Bollywood heroine Kareena Kapoor have given their consent for the victory of truth over evil.

With the beginning of Navratri, people are now very excited to see Ravana Dahan. Ramlila is being staged with great pomp and show across the country, including Delhi. This time a huge effigy of Ravana was made in the Ramlila grounds of Dwarka in the capital. Regarding its length, it is being claimed that it is not only the biggest effigy of Ravana in Delhi but also in the world.

The effigy of Ravana is water proof because it has been made from velvet cloth and not even a bit of paper has been used in making it.
