Nayab Singh Saini Oath Ceremony Live: In a significant moment for Haryana politics, BJP leader Nayab Singh Saini was sworn in as the Chief Minister of Haryana on Thursday, marking his second stint in the top post. The oath-taking ceremony was attended by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah and BJP's top leadership. 

Haryana Governor Bandaru Dattatreya administered the oath of office and secrecy. Saini was appointed as the leader of the BJP Legislature Party during a meeting led by Union Home Minister Amit Shah in Chandigarh on Wednesday. 

54-year-old Saini staked claim to form the next government after he was unanimously elected as the leader of the BJP legislature party on Wednesday.

In the recently concluded Haryana Assembly elections, BJP surprised poll experts by securing a historic third term, winning 48 seats in the 90-member assembly. Most of the exit polls predicted a majority for Congress, which managed to win only 37 seats.
