Haryana News: An explosion at an illegal firecracker unit in Sonipat district, Haryana, resulted in the deaths of two women and a child, while nine others suffered injuries on Saturday. The incident occurred at a factory in Ridhau village, where several workers and their families were present at the time.

This incident follows a similar tragic event that occurred in Uttar Pradesh. On September 16, a blast at a firecracker godown in Firozabad resulted in the deaths of five people, including two children and a woman. That explosion also caused damage to nearby houses and injured 11 others.

In that case, a complaint led to the arrest of the main accused, Bhoora alias Nabi Abdullah, after a police encounter. Abdullah was shot in the leg during an exchange of fire while attempting to escape and is currently receiving medical treatment.
