The grand 'International Janmangal Convention' is set to take place on December 12-13 at Bharat Mandapam, in Delhi, marking a historic union of spiritual guidance, public welfare, and global participation. The two-day event will witness the formal launch of the mass movement 'One Fast Every Month', which encourages people to observe a fast on the seventh of every month. The campaign is being initiated under the guidance of Yoga Guru Ramdev and Jain saint Antermana Acharya Prasanna Sagar Maharaj. Lakhs of people from India and abroad have already expressed their support for this initiative.

The convention revolves around the theme 'The Right Vision of Public Welfare: Fasting, Meditation, Yoga, and Indigenous Thought'. It will be graced by a distinguished lineup of national leaders, scholars, and spiritual figures. Among those attending are Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla, Union Ministers Nitin Gadkari, Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, and Bhupender Yadav, Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta, several cabinet ministers, MPs, and eminent experts including India TV Chairman Rajat Sharma and renowned hepatologist Dr S K Sarin.

Pujya Bageshwar Sarkar Dhirendra Shastri will address the gathering digitally, while Acharya Balkrishna Maharaj, Gita Manishi Mahamandaleshwar Gyananand Maharaj, and Mahant Balknath Yogi Maharaj will bless the event with their presence.

Swami Ramdev’s tireless efforts have taken yoga from Haridwar to every doorstep, transforming it into a global wellness movement. Similarly, Acharya Prasanna Sagar’s extraordinary 557-day continuous fast and over 3,500 fasts earned him the revered title of 'Upvaas Sadhana Shiromani'.

Together, these two spiritual luminaries aim to inspire humanity through the powerful practice of fasting, giving rise to a new global movement for collective well-being.
