Google, in collaboration with Dainik Jagran and Vishvas News, will organize a seminar for senior citizens in Rohini, Delhi, on November 15 (Saturday). The event is part of its prestigious 'Digikavach' program under the campaign, 'Digital Security for Senior Citizens: Sach Ke Sathi.' The primary objective of this program is to inform people about methods to prevent online fraud.

Cybercriminals use various online fraud techniques to trap senior citizens. This program will not only educate senior citizens about the methods of online scams but also provide training on how to avoid them. During the event, experts from Vishvas News will offer digital safety tips using practical examples. The 24x7 Care Foundation is also collaborating on this program, which will be held at JIMS College in Sector 5, Rohini.

About the Program

The teams from Jagran Digital and Vishvas News are conducting training through seminars and webinars across the country as part of the 'Digital Security for Senior Citizens: Sach Ke Sathi' campaign. Training is being provided in 30 cities across 20 states in the country.

In addition to Haryana, similar programs are being held in 20 states, including Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, West Bengal, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Telangana, Punjab, and Uttarakhand. The goal is to train people to identify and avoid online scams. Google's 'Digikavach' campaign is increasing awareness against online fraud in India, with the objective of making people aware of fraud and scams.
