Jharkhand Weather News: Despite the movement of clouds in the city on Tuesday, there was no rain. However, the weather remained mild even in the absence of rainfall. Rain activities are expected to resume from Wednesday.

In contrast, the weather in Ranchi, the capital of Jharkhand, has taken a turn since morning. The sky has been cloudy since dawn, with intermittent rain bringing down the temperature. According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), heavy rain is forecasted in eight districts of the state in the next few hours, accompanied by a possibility of thunderstorms. Chatra, Deoghar, Giridih, Gumla, Hazaribagh, Khunti, Koderma and Latehar districts are expected to experience weather change.

In light of this, the Meteorological Department has issued an orange alert, signalling caution for the affected regions. The changing weather conditions are expected to impact the region, and residents are advised to stay updated with the latest forecasts.

The Meteorological Centre, Ranchi, has issued a weather advisory indicating a possibility of light to moderate rainfall accompanied by thunderstorms across the entire state of Jharkhand for the next three days. A warning of heavy rainfall has also been issued for some areas in the northeastern districts, where thunderstorms with wind speeds of 30 to 40 km per hour are likely.

Following this, widespread rain is expected in many places from June 28 to 30. According to the Meteorological Department, the current weather pattern is attributed to multiple active systems. A cyclonic circulation is active over southern Jharkhand and its surrounding areas, with a trough extending from the Arabian Sea to the cyclonic circulation area. Additionally, another trough line has formed from Uttar Pradesh to the Bay of Bengal.

Due to the simultaneous activation of these systems, Jharkhand is expected to experience rain with thunder and strong winds over the next three days.
