Live News Today: The Uttarakhand government has constituted a six-member expert committee to investigate the Uttarkashi tunnel collapse accident which trapped 40 workers. The decision comes amid the rescue operations to save those trapped are underway on Day 3 since the collapse.
The Air Quality Index (AQI) in Delhi experienced a continued decline, reaching the 'Severe' category on Tuesday. This marked a significant deterioration from the 'Poor' category reported on Monday. Data provided by the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) indicated AQI readings of 417 in RK Puram, 410 in Punjabi Bagh, 430 in ITO, and 428 in Jahangirpuri.
As the north-east Monsoon intensified over the southern regions of the country, the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) issued an 'orange alert' for the region on Monday, indicating the possibility of isolated heavy to very heavy rainfall in the coastal regions of Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, and Karaikal on November 14. This came after the region received heavy rains on Sunday. Updating its weather prediction, the IMD said that the coastal regions of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry may receive heavy to very heavy rainfall in several regions.

Israeli Forces Kill Six Palestinians In West Bank City
