Congress leader Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury on Tuesday took a swipe at AIMIM Chief Asaduuddin Owaisi and said, " Owaisi cuts vote. He takes money from the BJP so that he can divert Congress's vote bank. Everyone knows this. An atmosphere of change has been created in Telangana. Asaduddin Owaisi is the leader of the party that the BJP trusts."

His remark came by the Congress leader came during a press conference in West Bengal's Murshidabad.

Delhi Environment Minister Gopal Rai after inaugurating the sprinkler campaign in Delhi said, " We saw that during rain the dust pollution had reduced...now since the effect of rain is reducing slowly, we are increasing this campaign to sprinkle water across Delhi. From today, 70 mobile anti-smoke guns have been started for 70 assembly constituencies. It will sprinkle water across Delhi to reduce dust pollution

Campaigning for the Madhya Pradesh elections in Mandsaur, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan says, "We will purchase wheat at the rate of Rs 2700 per quintal and paddy at the price of Rs 3100 per quintal. Kisanon ke paseene ki awaaz hoon, main Shivraj hoon. We will give the full price for the toiling of farmers."

Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who is campaigning for the Madhya Pradesh Assembly elections in Betul, targets Congress as he says, "For years, Congress kept collecting votes of tribals, they got votes by telling lies. Congress kept tribals deprived of facilities like roads, electricity, water, schools, and hospitals."

Israel forces kill as many as six Palestinians early on Tuesday in the occupied West Bank, the Palestinian health ministry and Palestinian media say. Of the six, three died in an Israeli drone strike, according to Palestine's official news agency WAFA, which has cited a hospital in the western city of Tulkarm. Earlier, the Israeli troops shot dead two Palestinians in a refugee camp in the city, WAFA reports.
