Parliament Monsoon Session LIVE: Monsoon Session of Parliament saw chaos on day 3 as the government and Opposition came face to face. Both Houses only saw repeated adjournments on Wednesday amid Opposition ruckus. NEET paper leak remained at the centre of the political battle, alongside concerns over police action on protesting students in Delhi.
Congress renewed its demand for a comprehensive discussion on NEET row. The government on Wednesday told the Lok Sabha that it is willing to hold a discussion on the NEET paper leak issue, and urged Speaker Om Birla to convene a meeting of all parties to decide on the rule, date and duration of the debate.
Tensions escalated further on Tuesday when Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi led a sit-in protest outside Prime Minister Narendra Modi's home, intensifying the Opposition's campaign over the examination controversy.
With Parliament reconvening today, attention will be focused on whether the ruling NDA and the Opposition can reach common ground to ensure the smooth functioning of both Houses, or whether another day of protests and repeated adjournments will overshadow the legislative agenda.

The government's attitude towards this movement has been sensitive... The Delhi Police granted him (Abhijeet Dipke) permission at the airport itself... That permission was valid until 5 PM. But these protesters remained there. They organised a sit-in at Jantar Mantar for 21 days. The Delhi Police did not take any action to remove them. The government did not allow any negligence at its level, and as long as the protest remained peaceful, it allowed it to continue... On 20th July, they said 'Sansad Chalo'...
