PM Modi 75th Birthday: Prime Minister Narendra Modi turned 75 on Wednesday, September 17, with greetings pouring in from across the nation. Born in Gujarat’s Mehsana district in 1950, PM Modi served as the state’s chief minister for three consecutive terms from 2001 to 2014 before taking charge as the Prime Minister of India in 2014. Marking the occasion, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) launched the 9th edition of Swachhata Hi Seva (SHS) 2025 under the Swachh Bharat Mission.
Known for his simplicity and dynamic leadership, PM Modi has also drawn attention for his transparent lifestyle and investments, as revealed in his election affidavit. For official and international travel, the Prime Minister uses the state-of-the-art Boeing 777 aircraft, Air India One, which is equipped with advanced features such as a VVIP conference room, a medical center, and its own missile defense system. The day highlighted both celebrations and renewed focus on his governance journey.

Features Of Aircraft Used By PM Modi
- PM Modi travels in a Boeing 777 model aircraft, Air India One, equipped with the latest technologies.
- The estimated cost of the aircraft is Rs 8,000 crore.

- SPS includes large aircraft infrared countermeasures, counter-measures dispensing system and integrated defensive electronic warfare suite .
- These protection systems can jam enemy radar frequencies and divert heat-seeking missiles by disturbing their guidance systems.
- The aircraft is also equipped with an advanced communication system which allows availing audio & video communication function at mid-air without being hacked.
- The communication system of the aircraft can't be hacked or tapped.
- The aircraft can fly between the US and India in one go without having to stop for refueling.
