Prime Minister Narendra Modi and French President Emmanuel Macron discussed several key issues, including defence, business ties, and terrorism in the bilateral talks on Tuesday. While addressing a press conference, PM Modi stated that the partnership between India and France has no boundaries. He further stated that the partnership can reach from the "deep oceans to the tallest mountains".
"We are proud that India and France together will manufacture in India the world’s only helicopter capable of flying to the heights of Mount Everest. And this will also be exported across the world. That means the India–France partnership has no boundaries. It can reach from the deep oceans to the tallest mountains," PM Modi said in his address.

- While addressing the press conference, PM Modi stated that both countries will manufacture the H-125 helicopter in India, capable of flying to the heights of Mount Everest.
- The French president strongly condemned terror and terror organisations by stating that both the countries are committed to fight this battle.
- He reiterated that France is against hegemony, adding that Paris will help India in the nuclear power projects. "whether it is the Jaitapur Nuclear Power Project or any other projects, we will support India," Macron asserted.
- While welcoming the Indo-EU FTA, Macron stated that both the countries are finding ways to ensure rapid development in the relations. "Till a few years ago, our relations weren’t developing rapidly. But we are identifying ways in which we can develop our ties rapidly," he asserted.
- The French president also stated that new centres of joint innovation will be opened in the upcoming months regarding the 2027 horizon roadmap.
- Emmanuel Macron also ensured that France will extend its support to India in building a High speed rail network. "We are trusted partners in creating a High speed rail network," he stated.
