PM Modi stated that the government is dedicated to work for the people of Manipur, adding that the state will recover from the cases of violence. 

While addressing a crowd, PM Modi stated that the government is working to expand the rail network in Manipur, adding that the state represents peace.,

Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived at Churachandpur amid heavy rain and met displaced people at the Peace Ground.

Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge, in a post on X, accused the prime minister of organising a grand welcome for himself in the state.

PM Modi has headed to Churachandpur amid heavy rainfall after arriving in Imphal. He is likely to inaugurate key projects and address a crowd during his visit.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the Bairabi-Sairang New Rail line, set to significantly boost the connectivity.

Prime Minister will also inaugurate Mizoram’s first railway station at Sairang and will also flag off three trains for different states.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will also address a public meeting at Kangla Fort after inaugurating several projects in the capital city of Manipur.

In a post on X, PM Modi emphasised that the government is dedicated for the inclusive development of the state. "I will be attending programmes in Churachandpur and Imphal tomorrow, 13th September. We are fully committed to furthering inclusive and all-around development of Manipur. The foundation stone for road projects, National Highway projects, women hostels and more would be laid," PM Modi stated in his post.
