Train Delay News: Amid severe cold weather, rail passengers are being forced to wait for hours as trains run significantly delayed. On Friday, more than 70 trains arriving in Delhi were operating behind schedule, leading to changes in the departure times of outgoing services.
The Barauni Humsafar Special, scheduled to depart from New Delhi at 5:55 PM on Thursday, will now leave on Friday evening around 5:45 PM after a delay of 23.50 hours. Several other trains are also set to depart late.
Local Trains Also Affected By Dense Fog
Several local services, including the Mathura-New Delhi EMU, Panipat-New Delhi Ladies Special EMU, Kurukshetra-Hazrat Nizamuddin MEMU, Ballabhgarh-Shakur Basti EMU, and Mathura-Ghaziabad EMU, are running 30 minutes to one hour late. This has caused difficulties for many commuters reaching their workplaces.

-Hazrat Nizamuddin-Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminal Mumbai Rajdhani: Over 1 hour late.
