Ram Mandir Pran Pratistha Ceremony: Ayodhya Ram Mandir's construction will be completed by December end the date of Pran Pratishta is set. Ram Mandir's pran pratishtha will take place on January 22 and from January 15 to 24 'Anushthan' will take place. PM Modi will arrive in Ayodhya on the same day to perform the 'Pran Pratistha' ceremony.
Ayodhya's Ram Mandir Chief Priest Acharya Satyendra Das Ji Maharaj informing about the consecration ceremony said, "From January 15 to 24, there will be an 'Anushthan' and the 'Pran Pratishtha' will also take place during it..."
"The time of the arrival of the PM is decided. He will come on January 22... 'Pran Pratishtha' will also take place on January 22...All are invited and welcome to come. The trust will welcome and respect each and every one," he said.
Ram Temple Construction Committee Chairperson Nripendra Mishra in an interview with news agency PTI said, "The temple trust has decided to start the process of the consecration of Ram Lalla after Makar Sankranti on January 14, and observe a 10-day ritual of Ram Lalla's 'pran pratishtha' (consecration)."
The Ram temple in Ayodhya is likely to open for devotees on January 24 after the consecration of Ram Lalla idol, Mishra, a member of the trust, had said in June.
About Ram Mandir Pranpratishtha Ceremony:
The 'pran pratishtha' will be started in consultation with knowledgeable saints and sages, according to Mishra.
The Sri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust will formally invite Prime Minister Modi for the consecration ceremony during which the idol of Ram Lalla will be installed in the sanctum sanctorum of the temple.
A preliminary list of 10,000 people is being prepared, which will include saints, seers, people associated with the Ram temple movement etc. who will be attending the ceremony.
The devotees who will come after the consecration ceremony will get 15-20 seconds time to for a 'darshan'.
Will Opposition Attend Ram Mandir's Consecration Ceremony?
Ram Mandir Chief Priest Acharya Satyendra Das Ji Maharaj said they have invited everyone, and people from all over the world will come. "This information is sent all over the world that more and more people should come and attend it. Whether it is the opposition or the ruling party, whoever comes, each and everyone would be welcomed and respected... Whoever comes with the view of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam, would be welcomed and respected," he said.
About Ram Mandir Construction:
According to Mishra, about Rs 900 crore has been spent so far on the temple's construction, and it is estimated that about Rs 1,700 crore to 1,800 crore will be spent on the overall construction of the complex.
The built-up area of the temple is 2.5 acres and if one includes the 'parikrama path' the total area of the complex is about eight acres, he said. Ninety bronze panels will depict the life and duties performed by Lord Ram, he added.
