School Holiday News:  A long weekend waits ahead for the students of Rajasthan from today, September 13, as schools will remain closed in observance of Ramdev Jayanti, Khejarli Martyrdom, and Teja Dashami. Both government and private schools will remain shut on these occasions.

Furthermore, there is a possibility that schools will stay closed on Monday, September 16, owing to Milad-un-Nabi, though no official notice has been issued.

It is recommended that parents and students confirm with their respective schools. Students might take advantage of a three-day vacation from September 13 to September 15, with a possible holiday on September 16, since many schools also provide Saturdays off. It is advised to confirm these details with the school administration.

For various reasons, schools in other states were likewise closed today. Due to unfavourable weather, Madhya Pradesh's schools in Bhopal, Gwalior, and Damoh were closed on September 13, 2024. This closure will be extended for two more days in the districts of Gwalior and Damoh, which will affect schools, colleges, and Anganwadis.

School Closure In Other States

Due to bad weather, the Hathras district of Uttar Pradesh has also declared a holiday for September 12 and 13, 2024.

All schools and institutions in Manipur have been closed due to the deteriorating law and order situation; a preliminary reopening is scheduled for September 15, 2024.

It is recommended that parents and students keep checking for updates from the school administration about any additional modifications to the school shutdown schedule.
