On the fourth day of the Mumbai Mail accident between Barabambo and Rajkharsanwa stations of Chakradharpur Railway Division, South Eastern Railway has cancelled the operation of three trains passing through the division on August 2 and 3, while nine trains will be run by short termination and short origination.

Now this train will run only from Itwari to Bilaspur stations on August 2, while the operation of the Tatanagar-NSCB Itwari-Tatanagar Express will remain cancelled between Tatanagar - Bilaspur - Tatanagar on these dates.

Train number 12949 Porbandar-Santragachi Express, leaving from Porbandar on August 2, will go to Santragachi station via the diverted route Rourkela-Nuagaon-Ranchi-Kotshila-Bokaro Steel City-Bhojudih-Adra. The operation of this train will remain cancelled between Chakradharpur and Tatanagar stations.

Train number 12152 Shalimar-LTT Mumbai Express, leaving from Shalimar station on August 2 and 3, will go to LTT Mumbai via the diverted route Adra-Bhojudih-Bokaro Steel City-Kotshila-Ranchi-Nuagaon-Rourkela. The operation of this train will remain cancelled between Tatanagar and Chakradharpur.

Train number 12950 Santragachi-Porbandar Express, leaving from Santragachi station on August 4, will go to Porbandar via the diverted route Adra-Bhojudih-Bokaro Steel City-Kotshila-Ranchi-Nuagaon-Rourkela. The operation of this train will remain canceled between Tatanagar and Chakradharpur.
