Uttar Pradesh Traffic Advisory: In view of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath's scheduled visit to the India Chip Private Limited facility in Greater Noida on February 21, the district traffic police have announced a comprehensive diversion plan. Commuters should brace for significant traffic diversions and delays along the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, the Yamuna Expressway, and other major routes connecting to the Delhi border.
Traffic Advisory For Special Guests
- According to the traffic advisory, VIP and VVIP guests coming from Delhi via the DND or Chila border will be allowed to go towards Zero Point via the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. From there, they will proceed on the Yamuna Expressway, exiting at the Falaida Cut to reach the India Chip Private Limited facility in Sector-28, Greater Noida.
Upon arrival, these vehicles will be allowed to work in the designated VIP parking zone situated to the right of the main stage.
Ban On Entry Of Vehicles From Delhi Borders
The district traffic police have imposed a ban on the entry of all types of vehicles, including heavy, medium and light goods vehicles, in Gautam Budh Nagar via the Delhi border (Chilla, DND, Kalindi Kunj) between 7 AM and 10 PM on February 21.
Check Route Diversion
- Vehicles coming from Chilla Border will be directed to take a U-turn from NH-9/24 to NH-91 and the Eastern Peripheral Expressway.
- Vehicles coming from the DND Border are advised to take a U-turn from the toll plaza and use NH-9/24, NH-91 and the Eastern Peripheral Expressway.
- Vehicles coming from the Kalindi Border can use NH-9/24 and the Eastern Peripheral Expressway.

Uttar Pradesh Traffic Advisory: Check Parking Arrangements
- Vehicles coming from Kakod, Jhajhar and Jahangirpur are advised to take a left turn at Kainchi Tiraha Rabupura and proceed via Rabupura Bypass, Tirthali Square to park their vehicles in the general parking (near the water tank) located behind YIDA Green Park.
- Vehicles coming from Jewar, Dayanatpur, Nagla Handa and Nagla Hukam Singh can reach the general parking area via Tirthali intersection via Yida Green Park.
- Vehicles coming from Dankaur, Ronija and Rabupura can reach the general parking area via the double service road via Film City and the old Rabupura road before Falaida intersection.
THESE Vehicles To Remain Exempted From Traffic Curbs
Speaking to Jagran.com, Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police (Traffic) Santosh Kumar stated that ambulances, fire brigades, and other emergency services will be allowed to move freely without any restrictions.
