In a tragic incident from Visakhapatnam, a 27-year-old woman who was eight months pregnant was allegedly killed by her husband following a heated argument on Monday morning. The accused, identified as Gyaneshwar, has been arrested by Andhra Pradesh Police.
The victim, Anusha, and Gyaneshwar had reportedly been arguing at their home in Uda Colony, located in the PM Palem area. During the fight, Gyaneshwar is said to have strangled Anusha, causing her to lose consciousness.
Following the incident, Gyaneshwar rushed his wife to a nearby hospital, where doctors declared her dead. He later turned himself in to the police.

According to officials, the couple had been married for three years after a love marriage. However, they had frequent disagreements, which may have led to the fatal argument.
Gyaneshwar runs a fast-food stall near the Scouts and Sagarnagar viewpoint in Visakhapatnam. Police have registered a case, and Anusha’s body has been sent for postmortem to determine the exact cause of death.
