Weather Update: North India, including Delhi-NCR, is experiencing a significant rise in temperatures, with daytime highs in Uttar Pradesh, Haryana and Punjab expected to exceed 35 degrees Celsius. Many regions are under heatwave warnings, particularly in Rajasthan and Gujarat, where the intense heat poses risks of heatstroke. Authorities are urging residents to stay indoors and stay hydrated during peak hours.

Madhya Pradesh Weather

In Madhya Pradesh, the heat is escalating, with seven cities reporting temperatures above 40 degrees for the first time this summer. Areas such as Narmadapuram, Ratlam and Barwani recorded this alarming increase on Wednesday. The Meteorological Department attributes this rise to the ongoing heatwave affecting the region in the final days of March.
