YEIDA Plot Scheme 2026: The Yamuna Expressway Development Authority (YEIDA) is set to launch its first residential plot scheme of the current financial year on April 6, 2026. The scheme will offer a total of 973 residential plots, of which 755 are reserved for the general category, providing an opportunity to secure a plot near the newly inaugurated Noida International Airport. Interested buyers can submit their application within one month.
YEIDA Plot Scheme 2026: Plots To Be Alloted Via Lottery On THIS Date
According to a report by Jagran.com, the YEIDA will allot plots through a lottery on June 18, 2026. While the scheme had been registered with the Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP RERA), it was delayed pending the implementation of new allotment rates for the current financial year.
The revised rates came into effect on Wednesday. The YEIDA has finalised the launch date for the residential plot scheme.
YEIDA Plot Scheme To Be Launched On April 6
- Speaking to Jagran.com, CEO Rakesh Kumar Singh said YEIDA will launch its first residential plot scheme of the current financial year on April 6, 2026.
- Interested buyers will have one month to submit their applications, which will be accepted online, including the payment of registration fees.
- Plots under the scheme will be allotted through a lottery on June 18, 2026.
In addition to residential plots, YEIDA will launch schemes for industrial plots, mixed-use land, institutional land, and other categories during the current financial year. The authority has approved a budget of over Rs 11,000 crore, with the largest revenue, approximately Rs 7,500 crore, expected to be raised through the recovery of outstanding dues from previously allotted plots and other schemes.
YEIDA To Launch 973 Residential Plots: Check Details
The scheme will offer a total of 973 residential plots, of which 755 are reserved for the general category. These plots are located in Sector 15C, Sector 18, and Sector 24A. Plot sizes will range from 162 to 290 square meters, the report added.
Applicants are required to pay a registration fee of 10 per cent of the total plot price along with their application. This amount will be adjusted against the total cost upon allotment of the plot and will be refunded if the application is not successful.
