Summertime heat can be effectively managed with a few easy, healthy practices. As always, it's important to stay hydrated, so make sure to replenish lost fluids from perspiration by drinking lots of water throughout the day. Wearing airy, loose-fitting garments composed of breathable materials, such as cotton, can also aid in controlling body temperature and preventing overheating. Reducing the amount of time spent outside in the hottest portions of the day and finding shade whenever you can helps lower your chance of getting sick from the heat.
Eating cold foods like cucumber, mint, and watermelon can help reduce body temperature while supplying vital nutrients. Additionally, you can shield your skin from damaging UV rays by wearing a wide-brimmed hat outside and applying sunscreen on a regular basis. Have A Cold Shower
