Move your jaw in a way as if you’re chewing, that is, opening and closing your month while inhaling and exhaling deeply. Repeat this exercise for about 20-30 seconds. Put extra intensity by humming while doing this exercise.
Cheek Lifts
This exercise targets the cheek muscles that help to create a lifted appearance. To do this facial yoga, start by smiling as widely as you can while keeping your lips closed. Hold the smile for five seconds and then relax. Repeat this ten times. To intensify the lift, you can place the fingers on the cheeks while performing the exercise for added resistance.

Forehead Smoother
To reduce fine lines and wrinkles, this exercise works perfectly while tightening the forehead. Place your hands on the forehead and gently pull the skin back while raising your eyebrows. Hold this position for five seconds and then relax. Repeat this ten times for optimal results.
Neck Roll
This facial exercise strengthens the neck and jawline while reducing puffiness. Sit straight and slowly tilt your head to one side. Gently roll your head in a circular motion, allowing it to stretch and relax. After completing a full circle, switch directions. Perform 10 rolls in each direction, as this will not only tone your facial muscles but also alleviate tension.
