1Q84 is a good dystopian piece that explores a parallel universe with eccentric traits. The protagonist and reader draw comparisons to George Orwell's writings. RM recommends it because of its dystopian aspect.

'Demian' By Hermann Hesse

The book, which features Max Demian as a classmate, examines spirituality, self-awareness, and discovering themselves. The boy band's album "Wings" features references to it, and Kim Nam-joon read it aloud during a music video shoot.

'Human Acts' By Han Kang
