Cooling face masks are a great way to get relief from the scorching heat as well as get an instantly glowing skin. These face masks usually contain certain ingredients such as aloe vera, menthol and others that reduce inflammation, redness and irritation on the skin. Using cooling face masks not only helps in managing heat but also takes care of numerous skincare woes. They are effective at minimising the appearance of dark circles, wrinkles and fine lines. Here are some best cooling face masks to beat the heat and achieve flawless skin. 

Cooling Face Masks To Beat Heat

Aloe Vera + Yoghurt

Take four tablespoons of aloe vera and mix it well with two tablespoons of plain yoghurt. Let the mask sit on your face for about 10-15 minutes and then wash off with regular water. 

Tomato + Honey

Take the pulp of a tomato and one tablespoon of honey and mix the ingredients. Once mixed well, apply the paste on your face using a brush or your fingertips and let it stay for about 20 minutes. Once dried, wash your face with normal water and pat dry with a soft towel.

Rose Water + Sandalwood

Take a tablespoon of sandalwood powder and mix it with some rose water to prepare a thick paste. Once the paste is ready, apply it over your face evenly and let it dry for 15-20 minutes. Now, wash your face with regular water. 

Yoghurt + Cucumber 

Mix some fresh cucumber pulp with a tablespoon of yoghurt and apply it on your face. After applying the paste, let it sit for around 15 minutes and then rinse off with regular water. 

Turmeric + Mint + Rose Water

To prepare this cooling face mask, make a fine paste by blending some mint leaves, a spoonful of turmeric powder and two tablespoons of rose water. Apply the paste on your face and let it sit for 10 minutes before rinsing.
