Ways To Clean Water Bottles: Almost all of us carry water bottles along with us wherever we go, but we often overlook their hygiene. In the regular hustle and bustle, it is indeed difficult to take time out and clean a whole pack of water bottles and spend hours over them. But what if we say that cleaning bottles can be a hassle-free process with some easy and effective practices that you can follow? It is important to clean your bottles within a certain period of time as bacteria and germs begin to build up and can lead to several illnesses. Easy Ways To Clean Water Bottles

1. Vinegar

Vinegar comes out to be one of the most effective ingredients to clean the sippers and bottles. To use vinegar for cleaning your bottles, you need to fill your bottle halfway in equal parts with water and vinegar and close it with the cap. Now, give the bottle frequent shakes several times before letting the solution sit overnight. Next day, make sure to rinse your bottle with lukewarm water to wash away vinegar thoroughly.

2. Dish Washing Soap

The easiest way to clean your bottles is by washing them with dishwashing liquid. To use dish-washing liquid, take a bowl and add a few drops of dish-washing soap and water. Mix the liquid well and pour 1-2 tablespoons of this solution into your water bottle, and using a brush scrub the bottle properly. Scrub throughout the areas where the residue forms and promotes bacterial growth. Shake the bottle vigorously until foam forms inside the bottle. Now, rinse the bottle with warm water properly to clean the dishwashing soap from the bottle.

To use baking soda for water bottle cleaning, put baking soda in a bowl and mix it with water to form a paste. Using a brush, apply this paste inside the bottle and let it sit for some time. Use a brush to scrub the bottle properly to remove stains and dirt from the bottle.

4. Lemon Juice

Using lemon juice can be extremely beneficial for cleaning water bottles. Lemon has natural properties that naturally clean the bacterial growth remove odour and add fresh fragrance to the bottle.

5. Apple Cider Vinegar

You can also use apple cider vinegar to clean water bottles. It is effective in removing stains, and germs, and removes odour and bacteria from water cans. You just need to put apple cider vinegar in your bottle and shake well. Let the mixture sit in the bottle for about 30 minutes and after that scrub the bottle properly with a brush. After this, wash the bottle with lukewarm water to remove the residue from ACV.
