Ways To Protect Hair And Skin From Air Pollution: The National Capital has been experiencing a significant downfall in its air quality index over the past few days. According to (SAFAR)-India, Delhi's air quality index (AQI) was recorded at 309, on Sunday, which falls under the ‘Very Poor’ category.

The worsening air quality and increasing air pollution are making Delhiites experience health problems such as cough, cold, flu, and breathing problems among others. Air pollution also has a significant impact on one’s skin and hair health. The harmful pollutants and particles of air pollution can irritate the skin and lead to skincare problems such as acne, eczema, skin inflammation and clogged pores. Further, hair quality worsens and leads to hair breakage, dandruff, and dry and rough hair due to air pollution.
