Ways To Avoid Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Diseases: Fatty liver diseases also known as silent liver disease happen without causing any symptoms. It is a common health condition caused by too much fat buildup in your liver. A healthy liver usually contains a small amount of fat, but it becomes a problem when fat reaches 5% to 10% of your liver’s weight.

Some common symptoms of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease include severe tiredness, weakness, weight loss, yellowing of the skin or eyes, spider-like blood vessels on the skin and long-lasting itching. People who are overweight, have high blood fat levels, have diabetes or pre-diabetes or have high blood pressure are at high risk of NASH.

According to WebMD, you shouldn't drink at all if your fatty liver disease results from heavy drinking. It can lead to more serious liver damage. If you have NAFLD, it may be okay to have a drink once in a while, but not more than every other month.

3. Exercises

Exercise plays an integral role in promoting a healthy and toned body. To manage your weight, practise exercises on a regular basis to prevent obesity. Aerobic exercises can help in cutting excess amounts of fat in the liver and lower inflammation.

4. Lower Cholesterol

According to the Mayo Clinic, carrying even a few extra pounds contributes to high cholesterol. Small changes add up. If you drink sugary beverages, switch to tap water. Snack on air-popped popcorn or pretzels, but keep track of the calories. If you crave something sweet, try sherbet or candies with little or no fat, such as jelly beans.
