Banana is an incredible source of essential nutrients including vitamins, minerals, and soluble and insoluble fibres that play a vital role in enhancing the digestive system. Bananas supply the gut with inulin, a type of fibre that helps good bacteria grow.
3. Leafy Green Vegetables
Green leafy vegetables such as kale, spinach, swiss chard and many others are incredible sources of important vitamins and minerals that support optimal health.
