According to a WebMD study, men who regularly consume more than 14 alcoholic beverages and women who consume alcohol more frequently than seven times per week are more likely to experience health problems like heart disease, digestive problems, kidney disease, liver disease, bone damage, and other conditions.

The majority of individuals use technology before going to sleep every night, but did you realize that this is one of your most harmful habits?
