Ways To Increase Happy Hormones: Happy hormones are often known to be stress relievers and help us be relaxed and in a joyous mood. Our body produces a varied number of hormones that take part in the functioning of the body. They are chemicals produced by glands in the body that travel through the bloodstream and play an integral part in bodily functions.

The happy hormones that our body produces are dopamine, serotonin, oxytocin and endorphins which increase the feelings of well-being. Dopamine in our body experiences a strike when we experience something pleasurable. Here are some effective ways to increase happy hormones in your body and relieve stress.

1. Exercise

Studies reveal that going outside and getting fresh air and sunlight can be effective in increasing happy hormones. Exposure to ultraviolet rays of the Sun can boost the production of serotonin in the body and uplift your mood.

3. Practise Your Hobbies
