Berry Panna Cotta

Ingridienst: 14 cups of berry compote, 400 ml of thick coconut milk, 2 tsp of agar agar powder, 1 tsp of vanilla essence, 4 tbsp of jaggery syrup, 1 tsp of ashwagandha powder, and a teaspoon of salt are required to produce the berry panna cotta.

How To Prepare: To make this delicious dessert, all you have to do is mix agar agar (China grass) with 2 tablespoons of coconut milk to create a slurry. The remaining milk, vanilla essence, ashwagandha powder, and jaggery syrup are then heated over a low to medium temperature for three to five minutes while stirring continuously. Next add china grass slurry and the mixture is cooked for an additional minute until it begins to thicken. Then, pour it into bowls, let it cool a little, and then put it in the refrigerator to set for a couple of hours. The ideal dessert can now be served by topping it off with some chopped berries or berry compote.

Chunky Brownies

Ingreidants: 1 cup of oat flour, 12 cups of nut butter, 12 cups of apple sauce, 1/3 cup of coconut sugar, 14 cups of jaggery syrup, 14 cups of cocoa powder, 2 tbsp of plant-based milk, 12 teaspoons of baking powder, 1 teaspoon of maca powder, and 100 g of chopped dark chocolate to make the delicious and scrumptious chunky brownies.

How To Prepare: All you have to do to prepare the dessert is, after thoroughly combining the nut butter, apple sauce, coconut sugar, jaggery syrup, and milk, add the oat flour, cocoa powder, maca powder, and baking powder. Stir once more until the mixture becomes smooth. Mix in about half of the dark chocolate to the mixture, and if the mixture is too thick, add another 1-2 tablespoons of milk. Put the remaining chocolate on top of the mixture and then pour it into a baking pan that has been lined. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 180 °C in a preheated oven, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Before cutting it into squares, let it cool fully. You can now enjoy your chunky brownies. To add more flavor, you can also add chocolate syrup.
