Not only are they a delightful treat, but they are also a healthier option compared to store-bought sweets, which are often filled with preservatives.

- Three Ingredients for Easy Pista Ladoos
- 2 cups pistachios
- 1½ cups sugar
- 1½ tsp green cardamom powder
How To Make Pista Ladoos?
- Roasting the Pistachios
- Dry roast the pistachios in a pan until they are crunchy. Remove from heat and allow them to cool.
Grinding The Mixture
- Once cooled, grind the pistachios along with cardamom until finely blended.
- Add sugar to the mixture and grind again until a fine powder is achieved.
Shaping The Ladoos
- While the mixture is still warm, take small quantities in your palms and shape them into small balls.
Tip For Best Results
- If the mixture cools down and becomes difficult to shape, simply return it to the grinder and pulse briefly to warm it up before shaping.
- Your pista ladoos are now ready to enjoy!
