Exercises To Melt Belly Fat Around Waist: Belly fat, which is the most belligerent of all, may build up due to inactivity or some health conditions. Not all fat is bad, some belly fat is important for survival. Two types of fat are subcutaneous and visceral fat. Subcutaneous fat under the skin, regulates body temperature and protects organs.
Visceral fat surrounds our organs and causes diseases, so we need to work on visceral fat. Lifestyle changes and Exercises can help reduce unwanted fat and achieve a toned body. In a conversation with Jagran English, Dr. Mickey Mehta, Global Holistic Health Guru listed some effective exercises to melt fat around waist to achieve a toned body.
Exercises To Burn Fat Around Waist
Beginners can start core workout by lying down on the floor, fold your legs with your knees facing upwards. Bring back up to the chest level with the breathing focusing on the abdominal muscles keeping it tight and doing up and down movements. Do 10*2 sets or 1 minute.
Plank and side plank works best to melt down fat. Do it correctly. By keeping your belly button in and challenging your stability through your shoulder you can focus on abdominal muscles thoroughly. Do it for 30 seconds.
Bicycle crunches: Lie flat on your back on the mat, your legs extended. Tuck your pelvis down to ensure that your lower back remains firmly planted on the mat. Raise your legs to the level of a table. As you rotate your body to bring your right knee to your left elbow, raise your head, neck and shoulders. Perform two sets of ten to twenty repetitions to lose belly fat.
Something great for improving core strength and metabolic rate which brings down your overall Body-Fat ratio would be Kicking. If somebody were to have exposure to kickboxing, squatting and kicking are exceptionally good, when it comes to increasing your BMR. Squatting of course we all know that when we challenge the lower extremities increases BMR, but squatting combined with kicking is also very important and works on the core. Do it for 1 minute.

Holding on to some bar and doing knee raises can help, to be done at advanced levels when you develop strength, works wonders. Do it for 30 seconds.
Importantly, eat well, try to relax, meditate, exercise and work on your breath. That will leave you healthier and better prepared to make good choices for yourself.
Working on your stomach whether it is upper, lower or whole cylinder certainly helps you have more courage because we work on the Manipura (navel) chakra as well, as we breathe out will also melt down our fears, phobias, insecurities and anxieties. While we strengthen our stomach, we strengthen our courage, our guts, core and confidence.
