Mouth Taping
The clip begins with Ashton Hall removing tape from his mouth, a practice known as 'mouth taping' that reduces snoring and improves sleep apnea. This unusual habit marks the start of his rigorous daily routine which commences at 3:56 am.
Workout Session
He then continues with a 20-minute workout session on his terrace which he starts at 4 a.m. followed by journaling, setting a tone of discipline and reflection to start his day.
Ice Water Dipping
Then, by plunging his face into icy Saratoga water, Ashton reaps benefits including reduced inflammation, improved circulation and increased mental alertness. This invigorating practice helps stimulate his senses, preparing him for the day ahead.
Banana Peel Skincare
At 6 am, Ashton Hall heads to the gym for a rigorous treadmill session followed by a refreshing swim and plunge pool dip.
