Flowers For Hair Growth: There are a vast variety of home remedies that you can try at your home to treat your haircare woes. One of the magical remedies to treat your hair care woes is flowers. Flowers are extensively used for haircare purposes as they possess incredible benefits for your tresses. 1. Hibiscus
Hibiscus is a type of flower which is widely used for haircare treatments. It is a great source of flavonoids, amino acids and other nutrients that promote hair growth. Many studies have shown that flavonoids promote hair growth by causing muscle relaxation in blood vessels around hair follicles. To use hibiscus for hair, you can take 5-8 leaves and 3-5 hibiscus flowers and grind them into a fine paste. Now, heat some coconut oil in a bowl and add the paste to it. Let it cool down and then massage it over your scalp thoroughly.
2. Jasmine

Jasmine flower is an old-age remedy used for stimulating hair growth. The sweet and exotic fragrance of the flower makes it an ideal addition to your haircare routine. Jasmine flower acts as a natural conditioner which adds an abundance of moisture to the scalp and hair, leaving them nourished and frizz-free. You can use jasmine flowers by steeping them in water, letting them cool down and use as a hair wash rinse.
3. Rose

To use rose flowers for hair growth, you can use rose water to rinse your hair after shampooing or conditioning once a week.
4. Rosemary

Rosemary flower is commonly used for maintaining scalp health and promoting hair growth. It contains an active ingredient known as Carnosic acid which can rejuvenate scalp nerves and restore hair growth. To use rosemary for hair you can use rosemary oil, add rosemary to your shampoo, combine rosemary with other oils, and consume rosemary tea for stimulating hair growth.
5. Bergamot
It is one of the most popular flowers used for treating hair fall and other scalp problems. The anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and antioxidant properties of bergamot make it perfect to treat your haircare woes.
