Immediately pour in ¼ cup of pancake batter onto the greased pan. In about 2 minutes, cook the pancakes until the edges start to dry and tiny bubbles appear. Flip the other side over and cook for another minute. Try to avoid pressing the flipped pancake down because this will create denser, chewier pancakes and undercooked batter as it oozes out onto the sides. Set aside the cooked pancakes on a plate and keep them warm while continuing to cook the remaining batter. Plate a few pancakes on a plate, top with your favourite toppings and syrups.

Banana chocolate pancakes are a great way to share love through food on Children's Day for your kids. The preparation of this pancake takes just a few minutes and encompasses warmth and love that your children deserve, especially on this day.
