Tulsidas Jayanti 2023: Goswami Tulsidas Ji was a Hindu saint and poet who is known to be the author of sacred Hanuman Chalisa. He has composed several works but is best known as the author of the epic Ramcharitmanas, a retelling of the Sanskrit Ramayana in the vernacular Awadhi language. The special occasion of Tulsidas Jayanti is celebrated in the country to commemorate his birth anniversary with great fanfare and enthusiasm.
This year will mark the 526th birth anniversary of Goswami Tulsidas and according to Drik Panchang, the Saptami Tithi will begin at 03:05 AM on Aug 23, 2023 and end at 03:31 AM on Aug 24, 2023.
