One such challenge has been in the trends, Oatzempic Challenge on the popular social media platform, TikTok. This popular drink that is known to be beneficial for weight loss is made by mixing oats, water and lemon juice. TikTok users are claiming this drink as the newest and most effective method to lose significant weight, claiming that this beverage can help you lose 40 pounds in two months.
A video shared by a fitness coach named Anne on TikTok on her second day of the viral Oatzempic challenge garnered over 2.7 million views. Another video was shared by an Instagram influencer Nando Rodriguez on trying this challenge. In the video, he shared the recipe to make an oatmeal drink and see if it works. Check the video here:

How To Prepare Oatmeal Drink?
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup oats (choose steel-cut or groat oats for maximum nutrition)
- 2 cups water or milk of your choice
- Optional add-ins: 1/2 spoon spirulina or moringa powder, 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
Instructions:
1. In a blender, combine oats and water/milk.
