In the video, Jasmin Bhasin revealed her morning routine. She said, “I get up in the morning and cuddle with my pet. Then, I drink coriander seeds water on an empty stomach. After that, I eat one soaked raisin. Then I come to my living room and drink my coffee. She mentioned that she used to drink petha juice before coriander seeds water, I am just trying and testing. Then I apply vitamin C, sunscreen and peptides on my lips and go to the gym. Before going to the gym, I consume a pre-workout drink which includes beetroot, carrot, ginger and lime shot with one soaked almond and 8 soaked walnuts and then I go to the gym. After coming from the gym, I freshen up and have my lunch. The lunch is filled with carbs, protein, and leafy green vegetables.”
