Dahi Aloo: This is an easy recipe that is made with boiled sweet potatoes. They are cooked in a curd-based curry and can be served with kuttu roti or paratha.

Beetroot Salad: This is a healthy yet fulfilling salad recipe that is light on the stomach. To make this, chop the beetroot into cubes and add other veggies like sweet potatoes and yams with a squeeze of lemon.
