Spicy meals are another food group that you should eliminate from your morning routine. These foods have the potential to irritate and cause pain when consumed empty from the stomach. Eating too much spicy food can lead to bloating and other digestive problems, such as diarrhoea.
Citric Acid Foods
Citric acid, when consumed on an empty stomach may cause the stomach to produce more acid. Acid burn, which can cause terrible pain all day long, is one digestive problem brought on by this overproduction of acid. Other symptoms include bloating and constipation.
