IT IS indeed quite difficult to move on from a relationship that you cherished for life and believed would remain forever. When we get into a relationship, we love the other person wholeheartedly and give our hundred per cent effort and energy to make that relationship work. We try to keep no harsh feelings for the other person and try to move on. Though moving on can be quick for someone, for somebody it can take years to move on from the one they loved. It is always beneficial to take therapy if you experience suicidal thoughts or feelings of hopelessness.
