How To Prepare Rosemary Water?
To prepare rosemary water, you will need 3 cups of water and 2 springs of fresh rosemary. Now, take a bowl filled with water and place it on the gas stove. Let it come to the boiling point and then add rosemary springs to it. Remove the water from the heat, cover and steep for at least an hour or until it cools down. Then transfer the rosemary water to a spray bottle and use it to spray onto your tresses twice or thrice a week on normal hair before shampooing.
Ways To Use Rosemary For Hair Growth
1. Massage Rosemary Oil To Scalp
One of the easiest ways to use rosemary for hair growth is to apply rosemary oil to your tresses evenly. To massage it over your scalp, add a few drops of carrier oil such as coconut oil and massage it evenly onto your clean scalp after a bath. It is optional if you want to rinse your hair afterwards with regular shampoo.
