Methi, commonly known as fenugreek, is one of the most popular ingredients that can be found in most Indian kitchens. Methi has numerous health benefits, whether you use it to cook or consume methi water on an empty stomach. Bhurji With Egg And Methi
Ingredients: To prepare the egg methi bhurjii all you need is 1 cup chopped methi leaves, 12 tablespoons ginger powder, 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped tomato, 3–4 chopped green chilies, 3–4 minced garlic, and 1 teaspoon cumin seeds 1 teaspoon garam masala powder, 1 teaspoon hing, and 1 teaspoon turmeric powder Coriander leaves, salt, and red chili powder to taste; and, finally, 4-5 eggs.
Now it's time to make the methi bhurji. Heat the oil in a separate vessel. Saute the cumin seeds until they are fragrant. After that, add the onion, garlic, and green chilies and stir-fry until fragrant. Continue to mix in the remaining spices and tomatoes. After that, add the methi leaves and the eggs to the mixture. than Finally, savor the food after it has been properly cooked. With the coriander topping, serve.
Nutty Methi Laddoo
Ingredients: To prepare the Nutty Methi Laddoo all you need is 1 cup of ghee, 2 tablespoons methi (fenugreek) seeds, 1 cup atta 1 cup finely chopped dried fruits, 3 teaspoons fennel seeds, 1 teaspoon ginger powder, 12 cups shakkar.
All you have to do now to make the nutty methi laddoo is just heat the ghee in a deep saucepan, thoroughly mix in the atta, and continue stirring-frying for 30 minutes, or until a soft brown mixture forms. When finished, set it aside for a few minutes to cool. Now, in a blender, combine the methi and saunf. When the atta mixture has completely cooled, add the jaggery, methi mixture, and remaining ingredients. than Make little circular laddoo shapes out of the mixture using your hands. and then serve and enjoy the meal.

Methi Curry
Ingredients: To prepare the methi curry all you need is 1 cup chopped fenugreek leaves, 14 teaspoons fenugreek seeds, 1 cup curd, 1 cup besan, 1 teaspoon ginger paste, 12 teaspoons cumin seeds, 14 teaspoons asafoetida, and 14 teaspoons turmeric powder are required to produce the methi curry. Season with salt and red chili powder to taste.
To make the methi curry, just combine curd and besan in a mixing dish. If necessary, add more water and stir until the mixture is thick. Now, heat the oil in a separate saucepan. Sauté cumin seeds, asafoetida, ginger paste, and garlic in a skillet. Then add the fenugreek leaves and stir-fry thoroughly. After that, add the curd mixture, salt, and turmeric. Stir thoroughly and allow to simmer until the consistency becomes slightly thick. Finally, serve the methi curry alongside rice or chapati.
