Kia Cars Price Hike:  Kia, the South Korean car manufacturer, had announced a price hike of up to 2 per cent on its entire portfolio in the Indian market. The price hike has come into effect from July 1, 2026, and it has made the brand’s popular models, such as the Kia Seltos, Kia Sonet, Kia Carens Clavis, and more dearer by up to Rs 38,500. Let’s take a look at the new prices, along with the amount of the increase.

Kia Sonet Price Hike

The Kia Sonet has become dearer by up to Rs 18,400 with the recent price hike coming into effect. The 1.5-litre diesel engine trims of the Kia Sonet have received the highest amount of hike, whereas the trims with a 1-litre petrol engine have received the least hike of Rs 3,300. Notably, depending on the model, the turbo petrol trims have received the maximum hike of up to Rs 8,300. The price hike on trims with a 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine ranges between Rs 7,300 and Rs 9,300.

Kia Carens Clavis Price Hike

The price hike on Kia Carens Clavis ranges between Rs 4,200 and Rs 8,200. Carens Clavis variants with the 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine have received the least hike of up to Rs 4,200, whereas the hike on the trims with a 1.5-litre turbo petrol engine ranges between Rs 8,110 and Rs 8,200. Carens Clavis trims with a 1.5-litre diesel engine have received the highest hike of up to Rs 8,200.

Kia Seltos Price Hike

The Kia Seltos has received the highest amount of price increase in the brand’s lineup in the country. The highest amount of hike has been received by the trims with a 1.5-litre diesel engine, and based on the model, the amount of hike ranges between Rs 11,000 and Rs 38,500. Seltos trims with a 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine have received a hike, which ranges between Rs 28,500 and Rs 30,500. All of the models with the 1.5-litre turbo petrol engine have received a price hike of up to Rs 30,500.
