Kia Syros EV Spy Shots:  The Kia Syros EV has been spied exclusively by the Jagran Hitech team during testing. The prototypes of the Syros EV have been spied on several occasions on the Indian roads. The Kia Syros EV spy shots were recently captured by Sharukh from the Jagran Hitech team. While the test mule has been captured heavily disguised, it reveals several key design details about the upcoming sub-compact electric SUV. Let’s take a look at what can be expected in terms of design, features, and range from the upcoming Kia Syros EV.

Kia Syros EV: Design

The test mule retains the same boxy contour as its ICE counterpart. The Kia Syros EV is expected to feature LED Taillights, Alloy wheels, and LED taillights. The radar unit has also been spied on the test mules spied earlier, and it hints that the Syros might come equipped with a Level 2 ADAS, similar to its ICE iteration.

Kia Syros EV: Features

The interior of the Kia Syros electric cannot be spotted at the time, but it is anticipated to mirror the ICE model in terms of features. The Kia Syros EV gets a dual-screen setup with 12.3-inch displays for the infotainment system and instrument cluster. The Syros electric is also expected to get electrically powered seats in the second row with ventilation. It is also expected to feature a panoramic sunroof, reclining second row seats, a 360-degree camera, rear parking sensors, and more.

Kia Syros EV: Battery & Range

We expect the Kia Syros to feature a Front Wheel Drive powertrain, and it is anticipated that the electric iteration of the Syros will share its platform with the Hyundai Inster EV. The battery pack is expected to be sourced from Hyundai as well, and we anticipate that the Kia Syros electric can be offered in two variants: a 42 kWh and a 49 kWh battery pack, and it might deliver a claimed range of up to 355 kilometres, once fully charged.
