While the brand shared a teaser a few days ago, it has shared a new teaser. However, it is not clear whether it will be a facelift upgrade or a special edition.
Mahindra Thar Roxx 2026: Is It A Special Edition?
The brand has kept upgrading the Mahindra Thar Roxx lineup over time. A Mocha Brown edition of the Mahindra Thar Roxx 4x4 variants was launched in October 2024, and the brand also introduced the Earth edition of the Mahindra Thar 3-door in the same year. We believe the upcoming Mahindra Thar Roxx 2026 could be a special All-Black edition, featuring blacked-out interiors and exteriors.

A prototype of the Mahindra Thar Roxx has also been spied testing on the Indian roads. We also believe that the upcoming Mahindra Thar Roxx model can be the facelift upgrade to the SUV. The Mahindra Thar Roxx facelift is expected to feature minor cosmetic changes on the exterior and interior. As per several media reports, we can also expect the 2026 Mahindra Thar Roxx to feature a new 1.5-litre diesel engine. A new variant is expected to increase the options for customers.
